Overview
Our refund and returns policy is for 24 hours from time of delivery for all deliveries in the greater Male’ region (currently Male’, Hulhumale’ & Villingili). If 24 hours have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For all deliveries to any ferry / vessels departing Male’, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Currently we do not have any goods that are exempt from being returned, however this may change in the future without notice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your payment will be returned to you via Cash or BML account transfer within 24 hours. We do not provide other banks account transfers currently.
Late or missing refunds
If you still have not received your refund yet after 24 hours, please contact us via Instagram @humairahmaldives or email (sales@humairahmaldives.com)
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via Instagram @humairahmaldives or email (sales@humairahmaldives.com)
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us via Instagram @humairahmaldives or email (sales@humairahmaldives.com) and we will collect the product from you.
Exchange products are subject to availability and may take more than 24 hours to process.
